Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 2026 · Effective immediately
This Privacy Policy explains how Tooms Intelligence Platform ("TIP", "we", "us"), operated at fupcso.org and articles.fupcso.org, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the site or subscribe to our early-access newsletter. By using TIP you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Newsletter data — email address, chosen frequency (weekly / daily), and topic interests, submitted voluntarily via the Early Access form.
- Usage data — pages visited, time on page, device type, browser, and referring URL, collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) / Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Advertising data — data collected by Google AdSense and its ad-serving partners to serve and measure advertisements, including cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4).
- Consent state — your consent choices for cookies and personalized advertising, stored by our consent management platform (Cookiebot).
We do not collect your name, phone number, physical address, or payment information. We do not require account creation.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the newsletter you signed up for.
- To understand how the site is used and improve its performance via aggregate analytics.
- To display relevant advertisements through Google AdSense.
- To honor your consent and opt-out choices across the site.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager, to collect aggregate, anonymized data about how visitors use TIP. GA4 may set cookies in your browser to measure sessions, page views, and interactions. IP addresses are truncated by Google's infrastructure and are not stored by us.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by declining the "Analytics" category in our cookie banner (see Section 5).
4. Google AdSense and advertising cookies
We use Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-5384339760444918) to display advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to:
- Serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites (interest-based / personalized advertising).
- Measure ad performance, conversions, and reach.
- Frequency-cap ads so you don't see the same one repeatedly.
Our ads.txt file authorizes Google as a direct seller of ad inventory on TIP: google.com, pub-5384339760444918, DIRECT, f08c47fec0942fa0. You can inspect it at fupcso.org/ads.txt and articles.fupcso.org/ads.txt.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by:
- Declining the "Advertising" category in our cookie banner (see Section 5).
- Visiting Google's Ad Settings.
- Visiting aboutads.info/choices (Digital Advertising Alliance) or youronlinechoices.com (European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance).
For more information on how Google uses data when you visit our site, see "How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps."
5. Cookies and consent (Cookiebot)
TIP uses Cookiebot as its consent management platform. The Cookiebot banner appears on your first visit and lets you accept, decline, or customize the following cookie categories:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function (e.g., load balancing, security). These cannot be disabled.
- Preferences — remember your language and display choices.
- Statistics — Google Analytics (GA4) cookies used to collect aggregate usage statistics.
- Marketing — Google AdSense and third-party ad-partner cookies used to serve and measure advertisements.
You can change your consent choices at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. A full, machine-readable Cookie Declaration — listing every cookie, its provider, purpose, and expiry — is auto-generated by Cookiebot and embedded below when consent has been given.
6. Third-party services
We rely on the following third-party services that may collect data under their own privacy policies:
- Google — Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, AdSense.
- Cookiebot — cookie consent management.
- Supabase — newsletter subscription storage and article delivery.
- Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and DNS.
7. Data retention
Newsletter emails are retained for as long as you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe from every email or by contacting us. Google Analytics data is retained per Google's default GA4 setting (14 months, aggregate). We do not retain personally identifiable data beyond what is necessary to operate the newsletter and the site.
8. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information.
- Withdraw consent for analytics and advertising cookies at any time via Cookiebot.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address in Section 10. California residents may also contact us to receive a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" disclosure — we do not sell, but we will confirm this in writing on request.
9. Children's privacy
TIP is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
